Special Needs/Different Abilities and Needs Introductory Statement

The ABC Child Care Program is committed to help ensure that children with special needs/different abilities and needs are served in an environment conducive to their needs. Special needs/different abilities and needs are defined as children with documented differing abilities (mentally, physically, emotionally challenged).
