The ABC Voucher Program helps low-income families who qualify to pay for child care services for their children so they can work, go to school, or find a job. Voucher payments are made directly to child care providers who volunteer to participate in the ABC Child Care Quality Improvement System. A co-pay is required from families based on each family’s income, family size, and other eligibility requirements.
